Court Reporting Academy-SD

Voice writers receive focused training on how to use their voices to capture the official record in legal proceedings. Upon completion of this 12-month training, voice writers are then tested for audibility and accuracy. The National Verbatim Reporters Association (NVRA) upholds and maintains the gold standard for voice writing court reporters. This standard is equivalent to those set by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) for stenographers. After obtaining the national certification through NVRA, candidates would go on to obtain licensure through the California Court Reporters Board. CRASD is here to assist you every step of the way!
